AutpTweeter fails to post to #addresses

I have been using Autotweeter for more then a year but now find that it is not posting my tweets to the #addresses. Have the rules changed? Is Autotweeter still a valid app. How do I check if my status has been changed because of some infringement I am not aware of?
Am I still allowed to run multiple twitter accounts etc?

What is “Autotweeter”? I am not aware of this as a Twitter app. What is the URL and functionality?
