Automatically feeding a collection

Hello,

I would like to create a collection, and then display it with a widget on my website.
This collection would contain all the tweets from an account with specific hashtags.

My problem is that I have to manually put the tweets in the collection.
I was wondering if someone here managed to automate this task ? The documentation is suggesting it is possible, but I’m new to Twitter’s API and not skilled enough yet to figure it out.
