Auto Tweet to multiple accounts from website post by filtering the titles

Hi, I’m new to Twitter API.
I would like to know is that can I auto tweet news from my website to Twitter accounts.
Data will not be the same for each Twitter Account.

eg. xxx related news post to xxx twitter account
yyy related news post to yyy twiiter account

These news are form the same website.
Is it possible to develop that this?

Can a developer account be connected to many twitter accounts?
