Authorization for media download

Hi, I’m developing an app that download K-pop video clips for IOS.

But App Store QA want a permission from Twitter to download video clips.

Twitter closed my request for ‘not a developer related issue’ reason ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Is there anyone who solved this issue?

Hello all!. I am attempting to create an application in order to download twitter media, such as GIFs, Videos & Pictures ( similar to giftize ). Apple Store Review is requesting I get authorization from the provider. How would I go about doing so?
