Authorization Error - Deleting A Promoted Tweet

I’m unable to delete a promoted tweet (ad) via this endpoint accounts/:account_id/promoted_tweets/:id (DELETE).

I keep getting a message saying you can’t delete someone else’s tweet. Even though the same user created the ad in the first place. May be there’s something about promotable users or access levels at play here. Any help would be appreciated.
