Auth always fails from my app

I am able to oauth users to my app, the user has the app on their profile and i get an token and secret for them, but every time i try to call ‘/account/verify_credentials.json’ it returns a message saying ‘invalid or expired token’. I know the token is less than a minute old.

Has anyone else experienced this?
Did my app get blocked or blacklisted for some reason?
Is there a way I can check to see if I am blacklisted and why?

Does the given consumer token/secret and user access token/secret combination ever work? Try using twurl (https://github.com/marcel/twurl) or one of the tmhOAuth examples (https://github.com/themattharris/tmhOAuth) with the same configuration as you’re supplying your app to see whether getting a valid access token is at all possible.
