Audio card inaccessible...but it is

Hello, and thank you for your time looking over this.

We just applied for the audio card under @Soundgine

Just got the email this morning that “The URL you provided for soundgine.com to use the audio card is inaccessible. Please check to make sure the page is available, then reapply for a Twitter card.”

But infact, we are able to access the link on mobile and desktop devices. Everything else checks out including metatags except the “whitelisting” which is what we are waiting for.

The main goal for us is to provide that blue play button on mobile devices and we think the audio card is the answer, the “player” card which we were approved for showed the blue play button on desktop but not on mobile devices

There is no card type of “audio” - you should use the player card.

Thanks for the reply, we’re still stuck on what we want to accomplish which is

We get the play button on a desktop browser but not on mobile devices, is this something the player card can do?
