HI we have a customer using our Twitter api connection to send CRM data to TA’s, the audineces have been stuck processing for a week, the response we get back in api is:

I’ve checked the source data which contains 55K+ emails and looks like valid data which I would normally expect to get a match on. The same customer has received good matches on smaller data sets.
What they haven’t done is use this account id before (18ce54q9v0c)
Can you check if their is a permissions issue or something stopping us receiving a match for this audience?
