Audience list stuck in processing


the response of this thread suggest the issue was resolved. but for us the lists are still pending since 3/30.


At this point, I’d suggest you delete, re-upload and queue the list for processing again. As noted in the previous thread, it can take up to 24 hrs but shouldn’t exceed that. The week of 3/30 when you had this issue the system had a bit of a backup and you should assume processing failed and try again.


We are seeing this behavior as well (realize I’m necro-ing a year old thread) - most of the audiences we upload take at least 24 hours to process, many taking 48 hours or longer. A large number of our audience uploads are 100k+ in size though - how much of an impact does list size have on processing time?
