Can an app create a profile page for a person using user avatars and bios from the Twitter API? For example, say the app wants to create profile pages for all US senators. Could it call the API with a senator’s twitter name, get the avatar and bio text and then republish that information on its own profile page for the senator? The senator may or may not be a registered user of the app.
