Are Twitter Cards Free?

I’ve been looking at how to gain twitter analytics for my blog www.lottielovesfood.com, saw self-service ads then somehow managed to get to Twitter Cards. Are Twitter cards free to use? Also, is there a minimum spend for self-serve ads as I need stats to work in partnership with other foodies, so I could invest a little bit of money if it brings me analytics in return.

Firstly, analytics are now available to everyone (whether or not they use ads or cards) at analytics.twitter.com

Cards themselves are free to use, documented at dev.twitter.com/docs/cards. We do have some paid / ad-related cards which are not free, though. You’ll find those under the ads.twitter.com -> Creatives -> Cards menu (lead generation, app install etc).
