Just wanting to confirm some things.
I am creating a web application for a federal emergency system which includes twitter, facebook and rss feeds. The website is portioned into states and several zones within those states.
Is it within the developer user agreement to create multiple applicatons to service the one website (IP), with the aim of sharing rate limits across the single website to cope with Twitter API limitations?
