Dear Twitter community,
As many before mine, my apps has been restricted from performing write actions. I am pretty sure I followed the developer rules. I visited https://help.twitter.com/forms/platform and submitted the form a week-ago without any answer but the email from “Twitter support”:
Thanks for reaching out. Your app has been restricted or suspended due to one or more violations of our Developer Agreement and Policy, Automation Rules, Display Requirements and/or Twitter Rules. Common reasons for this happening include etc.
I took the rules very seriously in consideration when designing my app. By receiving no news, I really wonder if someone is further investigating? Moreover, the online form requests an “application URL”. However, my app is only used by me, using a PHP script to post live tweets (stats mainly) during some soccer games. So, there is no possibility for me to share any external URL with the Twitter company. See how my app works here: https://youtu.be/q_RBOGNWYVs?t=90
I am extremely worried and can’t find any mean to contact any real person. Shall I recreate a new app from scratch to get a new ID ? Isn’t there a web page describing precisely which rule was infringed with this app?
Thank you in advance.
Hervé.
