Hey 
Is it allowed to create apps like Daily Horoscope that post the user’s Horoscope daily on their wall? Considering the user is shown that they will get the horoscope as a tweet daily and is given a clear option to subscribe/unsubscribe?
I have read the automation rules and best practices but still can’t decide.
