Good day!
We are engaged in delayed posting to social networks. At the moment, our application has a limit on the number of tweets per hour (User is over daily status update limit). With the increase in the number of users, we began to face the limits.
Please tell me how you can get more tweets for the application or remove these restrictions.
We are ready to switch to the paid version, but the description says that it does not remove the limits on the number of tweets.
Thanks in advance for your reply.
If you don’t see the option on Platform after hitting the limits with multiple users, someone from twitter has to enable that for you (this just allows you to request the elevated limits, not approve them) - hopefully someone at twitter will sort it out for you.
Just for reference: If you’re hitting the posting limit with one account, the elevated limits can’t help you - each individual account is limited to 300 tweets in 3 hours. The elevated limits only apply if you’re hitting limits because you have many users, that collectively end up posting more than your limit (which i think is the case here as you describe, but lots of others finding these posts end up misinterpreting it)
Everything is correct. I do not see the field for selecting an increase request.
Our application has about 10,000 users. And the app reaches its limits. Limits are not from one user.
