Apply for developer account 'Invalid verification code submitted'

I was trying to apply for a developer account. Twitter send a verification code to the phone I registered. But when I try to verify it didn’t accept the verification code.

I tried to resend the verification code. After some time passed I should be able to resend code. But I get ‘Invalid verification code submitted’

Verification code is in the form like this. If you use 1 for numbers and b for letters.

111111. b111

or

111111.b111

Any ideas? Thanks.

Ok it seems if you discard the part after point .b111, it accepts verification code.
