Applications cannot perform write actions

Hi… just joined the site and already have a question.
Basically I am coding an app that lets a user tweet an image. However, do to an infinite loop in my code, I fell foul of Twitter’s rules and am now getting the message:

All this is great… I logged a ticket and got an automated response. However this was about a fortnight ago. I have tried following up - requesting further feedback, but have heard nothing.

Is it normal to wait for so long? Am I just being impatient?

Please submit a new case via https://help.twitter.com/forms/platform. I believe your previous case was closed when we adjusted your app the first time on October 8th.
