Application with Punycode

Hello
Is there a way to create application with Punycode domain ?
Example: моикеды.рф

When I try to create Application https://gyazo.com/29e3aaddeded03e94cb88ca0849e7b99 I see Callback URL Error message.

If I leave Callback URL field empty - then oauth authorization doesn’t works.
Although I have used oauth_callback parameter in my athorization script.

I do not believe that our apps management console currently supports Punycode domains.

Twitter only not support I think.
