Hi,there！
I’m a mobile game developer from China .I have applied twice ,the answer is still no.I don’t know what is wrong with my application.
Here are the steps I applied for.

Here is the describtion of what we are building.
“We are using Twitter’s APIs to sign in the game which is a kind of .IO type mobile game, and we have been developing it for nearly two years.The button “Sign in with Twitter” will display on the login interface, thus the users can enter game without other registration process.
Neither we have intention to analyze tweets of the users nor any of their twitter data.The users have full control over their data.
There will be a few of “Share” buttons on interfaces.If the users want to share the game with their Twitter accounts, what they need to do is just clicking the buttons.Except Tweeting, the game does not invole other issues.
We have no plan to display the Twitter data.

All of our developer applications are reviewed to ensure compliance with Twitter policy. While we can’t comment on specific cases, applications may be rejected if they are found to be in violation of any section of the Developer Agreement and Policy, Automation Rules, Display Requirements, and/or the Twitter Rules.

Additional information on restricted uses of Twitter APIs is available here.

There currently isn’t a way to edit a rejected application, or to re-apply, however stay informed for product updates/changes.
