But, until now it is under review.

How can I get OAuth service?

Can you check the email you used to apply under for the developer account and see if anything was sent which you may have overlooked? If it’s not there, or in your spam/ other inboxes, please let me know.

The email should ask you to specify your use case. Did you receive that kind of email, or was it just the email confirmation message?
