Application under review for 3 months

Hallo,

on 15/08/18 we applyed for a new Twitter Developer account. Since then our Application ist under review, with no reply from Twitter! can you please say why?

I recived several mails from developer-accounts@twitter.com with the Subject [ref:00DA0000000K0A8.5004A00001SbCAj:ref].

I always anwsered to these mails, but there is no reply at all!
This is very frustating, in purticular for our customers who want to use our service for there territory.

Can someone please give me any feedback?!
