So I applied for an API access to fetch some tweets via R for a study on eLearning in higher education. I applied on Jul 26 and was asked to create a developer account. I received three days ago the same generated emailed I received on July 26 about the application being under review and when I tried to access this forum I was asked to create a developer account AGAIN!!! I am not sure WHY it is taking this long to accept the application, WHY I received the same email twice (2nd after 2 weeks) and WHY I had to create the developer account again!!!
Is this normal? how long does it usually take to approve the application? ITS BEEN A WHILE!!
