Today, we have received a suspension of a Twitter application that is only intended to provide customer service from our customers to their customers.

We never start a conversation or send a mention without being mentioned first. For which, I do not see the reason, last year the same thing happened with another app that we have and it was a little more understandable, in this case we do not see any reason, we have been doing exactly what we do now for more than 2 years.

I already created the support ticket.

@jessicagarson, the last time you saved our life here (after 1 month without answers from Twitter), It’s super embarrassing for me to ask for help again, but Twitter support is unpredictable.

Hey, just submit another ticket is what I did and it pushed the email. My twitter application is also suspended, it is about the 10th time in a few months it has been suspended for no reason, then it gets unsuspended. Although in this case it is taking a much longer time. Not sure what I am missing and why it is being suspended

Hi GP, the last time with the previous app before solving it, they explained what it was and if they were right, but I don’t understand why they don’t explain it first-hand for us to solve it. It took almost 1 month my first time until I wrote in this forum and they supported me to speed up the process, since I did not receive any type of response.

I feel that they see us as enemies when I feel we are their main allies.

I saw your tweets and I didn’t see anything strange, at least you don’t have clients yelling at you…

Thanks for the response, I am having a very very difficult time getting a response from twitter at the moment. Even though I have submitted all of my information etc, been down over a week now :frowning:

Yes, my tweets ive taken out all the @'s which was only of my project anyway. Next I guess will be taking out links and hashtags haha, idk what to do.

No clients yelling luckily, just a bit of a blind community which is frustrating. Especially when someone just drops 70K into your project and you cant show it.

I created 2 tickets, my mail email is a outlook and when I response, return that:

“No se puede entrar” = “It can’t be delivered”

Basically, bounce.

From business email didn’t return nothing (for now),

I got an answer of “Why?” Although it has nothing to do with my application.

So I must be close to unlocking… I think…

My app is reactivated again today, yes, weekend. But I didn’t receive a email with “Resolved”

I sent two tickets, business mail and personal mail (twitter account). I don’t know which works.

Lucky you, I am a week + with nothing. Have missed out on a lot of publicity. And still hear nothing

I can see I am just going to have to make a new twitter account, its ridiculous at this point

This time I was very lucky, they even explained the “possible problem” to me… I don’t understand why they don’t give you a positive or negative response.

We reviewed our entire application and we are not breaking anything, the worst thing is that Twitter is not explicit with the problem, I do not understand what is the benefit of not speaking clearly for them…
