Application-only authentication and rate limit request

I have a problem lately about the Application-only authentication regarding the rate limit request.
I have a valid token ( it works for a Search or TimeLine request ) but with a Rate Limit request I only get a 401 protocol error.
What’s wrong ? It was working perfectly 4 days ago.
