Application is duplicated everytime user click authorize app

Hello ,
I’ve made a simple twitter app to use sign in with twitter in my site , everytime user redirected to https://api.twitter.com/oauth/authorize and click authorize a new app entry is added in https://twitter.com/settings/applications

any ideas please ?

I’m finding this, too. Also, the email address of the user is no longer being returned: Problem with sign in and the “Request email addresses from users”-permission

Looks like its fixed too.

mm_farahat - This was a known issue to twitter, something changed their end that caused the issue. It looks like they fixed it.
