Our company has developed an application for our customer. This app uses Twitter API for publishing tweets.

I have created a Twitter app on my personal account accidentally. After we finished development I have tried to transfer the app to the customer account via this form.

But the app has been suspended instead of being transferred, I have received an email:

This is a notice that your OAuth token for FriendBuks has been suspended from interacting with the Twitter API.

I have tried to request token re-enabling via the link in the mail several times, but I have only received an autogenerated answer:

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out. Your app has been restricted or suspended due to one or more violations of our Developer Agreement and Policy, Automation Rules, Display Requirements and/or Twitter Rules.

Please respond to this email if you need further clarification, but note that we will only consider a request to lift this restriction after you provide us with the following information…

I have responded to this email but got no answer.

We cannot assign any ticket via Help Center as there is no such a ticket type.

We have carefully examined all the Terms of Use: Developer Agreement and Policy, Automation rules, Display requirements, and The Twitter Rules. We have not found any violations from our side. Also there were a link to Terms of Use in the first email but it does not work.

This topic is our last hope. We do not know what we need to do to re-enable the token, and our customer needs Twitter sharing to work properly as soon as possible.

Hello - Thanks for getting in touch. Checking now we see there is an open case for this matter. An agent will response in due course. Please note that we aim to respond to most queries in one business day. Sometimes this may take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience.

Also thanks for letting us know about the broken link. We’ll take a look at that shortly.
