Application for elevated POST access

On Friday the 26th we received a reply saying “Confirmed: Your app has been granted POST access! [Ref: _00DA0K0A8._5004A1WMuiA: ref]”

However, publication errors continue to occur due to exceeding the limit of 300 tweets for every 3 hours. This problem is causing many inconveniences to our users for days. Can you review our case?

From other threads I’ve seen on this the email and the day it actually takes effect aren’t always in sync.
