Application Approved, Still need to create an App. I'm confused!

Hi there!

A few weeks ago, I applied to make an app, and got the approval email yesterday.

Now, I can view my dashboard - which tells me I need to set up a development environment.

When I select the link, I am told first I need to create an app. But I did this, which the email confirms.

Am I doing something stupid?

When I click on ‘Apps’ under my username, I get the ‘create your first app’ link.

What happened to the approved app?
