my app got blocked / the write permission. I don´t know why. I´m posting a tweet with 2 mentiones and a link to Spotify. What could be the reason? Example

It is very likely that your app is being write-restricted due to unsolicited @mentions as well as posting URLs, both of which can be picked up by our antispam technology as a sign of potentially spammy behaviour. You should carefully read our automation policy and rules.
I tried to read it, but i couldn´t find anything. Did you use the same link or @mentions to often?
