Our Twitter app (APP ID: 18631709) says: “This App has violated Twitter Rules and policies. As a result, certain functions will be limited…”.
We are pretty sure that there’s a mistake or something, since we double checked the rules and couldn’t find any functionality that violates them.
The email we received didn’t say anything specific too!
Please help us resolve this since our app is in production mode with almost than 500+ users who use it for Twitter on a daily basis and this will really hurt our reputation.

I’m not Twitter, but generally nobody from Twitter helps with these things via these forums, the way to contact and resolve this is through: App is suspended or restricted

They got back to me, and now in contact with them to left the restriction.

The access was re-established and then the same thing happened 30 minutes, later. We checked the requests during that window and we only posted a few tweets from our users. All of them are completely normal scheduled tweets by our users so not sure exactly what’s triggering this! The app is still restricted and I’m waiting for their reply.
It’s been more than 2 days now and still no update yet.
