App got suspended without any usage

I had created App/Project on Saturday using a developer account and it was approved on the first go. I have provided additional details about the API/app usage on our project. On Saturday itself, I have got the mail and the notification that my API/App has been suspended and has limited functions. I have appealed several number of times still no response

I have not even started using it and integrated it within my code. Then how comes the Violation take place?

Please help as soon as possible.
