App card only appearing when linking to homepage

I have a question regarding the App card.

My card is validated and activated for our website medzineapp.com. If I tweet with this URL the card appears. However the messages that I want to tweet with the card are on a different page ‘below’ the homepage, in our blog section.

So it is: Medzinapp.com>Blog>Article

Do I need to add meta tags to every article page? What is the best way to do this?

Yes, you should ensure the meta tags are present on each page whose link you would like to share with a card.
