App Card not sure the code is correct

Apologies if this has been covered but I can’t find a solution to this on another post and I wanted someone to check I have the code right first before exploring potential other issues.

The URL the code is on is

The validator states:
INFO: Page fetched successfully
INFO: 21 metatags were found
INFO: twitter:card = app tag found
WARN: Not whitelisted
WARN: this card is redirected to

Code used:

meta name=“twitter:card” content=“app"
meta name=“twitter:site:id” content=”@carbon60global"
meta name=“twitter:URL” content=""
meta name=“twitter:description” content="Carbon60 is a specialist in providing flexible and cost effective engineering and and technical people solutions on a global scale. We connect the best industry professionals to dynamic businesses."
meta name=“twitter:app:country” content=“UK”

meta name=“twitter:app:name:iphone” content="Carbon60 – Engineering and Technical jobs"
meta name=“twitter:app:id:iphone” content="910921148"
meta name="twitter:app:url:iphone"content=“

meta name=“twitter:app:name:ipad” content="Carbon60 – Engineering and Technical jobs"
meta name=“twitter:app:id:ipad” content="910921148"
meta name="twitter:app:url:ipad"content=“

meta name=“twitter:app:name:googleplay” content="Carbon60 – Engineering and Technical jobs"
meta name=“twitter:app:id:googleplay” content=""
meta name="twitter:app:url:ipad"content=“

I have tried to validate this twice and I get the standard error message:
"The URL you provided for to use the app card did not validate. Please make sure the page contains valid metadata, then reapply for a Twitter card. "

Info used to request approval:
Name - Carbon60
Email -
Twitter username - Carbon60global
Description - Technology and engineering recruiter
Website twitter username - Carbon60global

I think that’s everything, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

PS. I changed the URL in the code from ( to the current URL but it made no difference.

If you post code, please indent it with 4 spaces (or see the formatting help how to format things properly), so it is displayed nicely.
