i filled the form yesterday but no reply from their side

but credentials not working
Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Hborras\TwitterAdsSDK\TwitterAds\Errors\Forbidden’ with message ‘FORBIDDEN’

Any one have any suggestion how to get Twitter Ads credentails?
