API Write Restriction - No Response

Hello,

My application had it’s write privileges revoked due to a user spamming on it. We have removed the applications @ mention ability and sent in a help ticket, but seem to hear no response. Does anyone know how we can confirm this is being worked on? It’s been over 4 days since this suspension.

Thanks for the quick response, Andy! I just have received a lot of questions about downtime of my bot from our users, wanted to make sure everything was in order.
