API Write Restriction - No Response



My application had it’s write privileges revoked due to a user spamming on it. We have removed the applications @ mention ability and sent in a help ticket, but seem to hear no response. Does anyone know how we can confirm this is being worked on? It’s been over 4 days since this suspension.
