API to create cards with Javascript?

I have a single page app that dynamically changes content. Even if I update the metatags after loading (worked for FB), Twitter will not see it because its not on the server. I was wondering if there is an API to just send the meta data to? Or for Twitter to scan the page when the user clicks tweet to create the card?

No, there’s no ability to do this using Twitter Cards, the meta tags need to be visible in the hosted content (page) on your server so that Twitterbot can read them.
