API Rate Limits Per Application

Excuse me due to poor English language

I’m a websites developer and I want to use twitter API to get 20 tweets for 1000 users by use statuses / user_timeline.

please tell me how many request allowed per hour.

Is the 20 tweets means one request or means 20 request?

You can call that endpoint 180 times in a 15 minute window. See the Rate Limits documentation. In theory that gives you 720 calls in an hour if you manage your rate correctly. You can pass the count parameter to the statuses/user_timeline endpoint to request 20 Tweets for each user in a single request. You’ll need to call it 1000 times (once per user).
