I think I may be having a blacklist problem on the shared IP I am using for my twitter app.
I am using OAuth (V1).
My host server can make external URL requests.
The is a no response from the host server however a curl request from my remote machine successfully executes.
I have been very careful not to breach the API limits (the app utilizes db caching with a minimum of 50% API calls as buffer at any given time).
My hosting is through appfog.com.
(I would have liked to include more information here (eg. traceroutes and CURL > /help/test.json) but I have very limited shell interaction with their CLI.)
Any help is much appreciated!
