Hey guys,
I am currently having big troubles because of the following:
We created a giveaway platform for the gaming community. To enter a giveaway our users have to fulfill entry methods like “Follow X” or “Retweet Y’s Tweet” and so on. So far no magic and nothing new.
Within the last week we got a good amount of new users. While the twitch and google API reporting no issues with out posts, Twitter just suspended our account today without giving any detailed information why.
First we thought it might be because we exceeded the rate limit. But when we tried to fix this issue we realized that only the GET-Services offer rate-limit informations.
Since Twitter is not answering our support requests, has anyone experience a comparable problem?
Do you guys have any idea on how to fix this as soon as possible?
Side-note:
We are very confident the users are 99% real and no bots, because we use Google Recaptcha v3 + an own bot scoring system to detect fraud. Also we had bot problems in the past and this time the user behavior is way different.
