API application prohibited from action to write

Hi there,
I am in a kind of rush here and searching for the fastest possible solution! I am a sociology student and I have to do a university-based anthropology research with the help of Twitter’s API. I just wrote a bot to reply on some profile’s last tweet a poll I made in tweeter with only 2 choices! After sending a few requests tweeter had stopped my application referring to code number 261. I really need a human interactive help here cause I’m running late for my project due date.

Thanks for the response. I had already filled out those forms and I needed a more handful help from the twitter. I am doing a research on my country’s twitter users and nothing commercial is going on here.
