Back in early December my API access was restricted for @mentioning accounts. I reached out via support ticket to have this restriction removed, I received an email asking me to “respond to this email listing the measures that you have taken to limit this behavior on your platform” which I did but I haven’t heard anything back in over a month so am unaware if my email was even received.
Is it possible to get any support or any kind of update on this case here?
Original email response:
I have reverted the 10th Dec 9:00am change (change referenced here: [link to change notes on my twitter]) to my code base that added the @-ing functionality - the account will no longer @ any other accounts.
When API use is restored, tweets will return to this format ([link to example tweet before change where @-ing was added]) where the news/media company isn’t @mentioned and is instead referenced only by name.

your post scared me.
Are you still restricted since December 10?
Yep, finally got another response from twitter this week but it reads like it’s another automated message asking me to confirm that I agree not to break the ToS again… Hope it’s not another month long wait for my next response.
