API 1.1 returns 401 unauthorized

Is it possible for me to find the reason why I get 401 unauthorized? It turns out we believe we are 100% legit and I am using Twitter API in a real world application.

BTW here is what I get. Even when I test a fresh app with the Oauth Test curl URL.
