API 1.1: I am getting on ly 125 tweets with statuses/user_timeline even if I set the count parameter to 200

I have been using the new API 1.1 for almost 2 weeks without any problem. Since last Thursday (2012-Nov-29) I started to get only 125 tweets from the statuses/user_timeline even If I set the count parameter to 200.

Is there any new limit to the API 1.1?
