We have released an update that increases the maximum batch size for Campaigns and Line Items, increasing from 20 to 40. Moving forward, you will be able to create more campaigns and ad groups (line items) from a single batch request.

There is no action needed to access this increase in batch size. To leverage, increase the amount of campaigns and ad groups created per batch request.
