Announcement: Async Analytics Latency

Due to increased latency with the async analytics endpoint (POST /1/stats/jobs/accounts/:account_id), which started at 2016-11-07 22:40 UTC, we have temporarily reduced the concurrent job count from 100 to 25. These are the changes we have made:

2016-11-07 23:35 UTC: reduced to 75
2016-11-07 23:55 UTC: reduced to 50
2016-11-08 00:15 UTC: reduced to 25

When we increase the concurrent job count, we will update this thread. Continue to expect delays until the backlog is cleared.
