An App version of the Team feature of TweetDeck

I use a lot the Team option that is incorporated in TweetDeck. I love the simplicity of it and it fits great with the needs of my project (Rotation Curation of @Madeira Twitter account). Only problem is that TweetDeck is a web only and there is no App version of it.

Is there a way (a Twitter App) that I can use the same Team option of TweetDeck to allow other Twitters to be able to tweet (as editor only) on 1 Twitter account?

Any help or suggestion is welcome.

Thanks for the input! At the moment I’m not aware of any apps or any plans for a public API that expose this feature, but I’ll pass this along to the teams involved.
