Ampersands (&) are translated to &amp; when received by the Account Activity API

Sort of odd to get the HTML representation when a bot menu (quick reply cards) display the & correctly.

Is this a bug?

We deliver the HTML representation for these symbols in most (possibly all) of our payloads. It is not a bug, but could be something that we choose to address in the future. I have reached out to our product team about this.
