Allowing twitter integration using hashtags

I am trying to do a few things. Trying to allow users to connect their twitter account to our site WoogieWoo.com. We have our own news feed that we want to allow users to automatically display tweets from ONLY users who are registered on WoogieWoo.com who use the hashtag #WoogieWoo in a tweet on twitter.

Allow Tweets to display on the WoogieWoo newsfeed
Only from users who are registered on WoogieWoo.com
Out of the people who are registered only displaying tweets that they use the hashtag #WoogieWoo

so if I hate woogiewoo, and tweet something bad, it’ll appear in your feed?
