I’m building a site where users can generate short snippets of audio or video which they would potentially wish to share on social media. I assumed it would be possible to do this by putting the Twitter share button on my site and dynamically generating the URL for that button to point to, but sadly this only includes the link back to my site (where their media is hosted), but does not embed the media in any playable way in twitter itself. Is there any way to do this? It feels like something very natural for twitter to want (more users more freely sharing more content!) but my best attempt at searching the web hasn’t turned up much.
Anyone know anything about this? Thanks in advance for your help!
